Rmashop.de is conducted according to good trading practices by rma.de rhein-main-aktuell
multimedia GmbH as an independent Internet shop, offering the chance to
shop worldwide with worldwide mail order logistics.
All our co-operation partners are known to us as highly reputable producers
of top class goods of the highest quality.
Each article on offer displays the manufacturer's logo and a link leads to further
information on the manufacturing company itself. Some of the articles are produced
exclusively for us and these are marked with the manufacturing logo rmashop.de.
Delivery:
Rmashop.de does its utmost to send each order in one dispatch.
Orders are dispatched no later than two weeks following receipt of the order.
Delivery times for Germany are between 1 to 2 days, for EU countries between
3 to 4 days and for all other countries between 6 to 8 days. Delivery is effected
in Germany or within the EU when the delivery agent has delivered the goods
to the door. In other countries delivery is effected when the competent customs
and excise authorities in the recipient's country and place of residence have
informed the recipient that the goods have arrived.
Dispatch:
Dispatch is carried out at cost price according to the manner of dispatch
selected by the purchaser and the duration of dispatch. The consignment is always
insured to the value of the goods and is only delivered against proof of
receipt.
Rma.shop undertakes to oversee the compliance with all export regulations.
Customs Regulations:
Germany:
No additional costs are incurred for deliveries within Germany.
European Union:
No customs or export duties are incurred for deliveries within the EU. The following
countries are members of the EU:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France,
Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
Paneuropean Region:
Dispatch to countries within the paneuropean region incurs either no or very
low import duties since our products are all manufactured within the EC/EU and
each article is separately itemised on the invoice with a declaration of origin.
Please enquire personally at your local customs and excise authorities for the
customs duties in force in your country. The following countries belong to the
paneuropean region:
Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estland, Hungary, Iceland, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Lithuania,
Norway,Poland, Rumania, Switzerland, Slovakian Republic, Slovakia.
All Other Countries:
Dispatch to all other countries is subject to the customs regulations for that
particular country. In our experience these can be very diverse but, depending
on customs duties imposed by each country and the article selected, duties may
range between 5 and 15%.
Payment:
We accept the following methods of payment: credit card, payment in advance or bank debit.
Bank debit is only is only valid for
Germany.
The purchaser expressly declares his/her agreement that the total invoice amount
is debited from his/her bank account by credit card. The SSL system ensures an
interference-free transfer of the credit card number.
Guarantee:
Rma.de rhein-main-aktuell undertakes all legal responsibility towards the
purchaser for all purchases made at the online shop and the customer can be
assured that he/she is highly legally safeguarded.
The vendor, rmashop.de, assumes the same manufacturing liability as that
declared by the manufacturer towards rmashop.de. Our co-operation partners are
reputable suppliers who offer much more than the usual guarantees.
Complaints:
We can only accept complaints if we are informed of them by email within
three days following receipt of the goods.
Thereafter, the purchaser will receive
notification within 48 hours as to how the complaint can be resolved in the interests of the
customer.
Place of Jurisdiction:
The sales contracted via the Internet with rmashop.de are subject to our General
Trading Terms and German law.
The purchaser declares his/her agreement with
these conditions when ordering. The place of jurisdiction is Bad Homburg vor
der Höhe, Germany.
